Submission of print files
Submit print files for your graphics (if ordered)
From October 2026, you will be able to book your stand easily using our stand configurator.
In September 2027, you will receive information on set-up and dismantling, as well as instructions on how to book your time slots via our logistics tool.
You can benefit from an early-bird discount on hall stand hire until 31 March 2027.
Once we have received your payment, we will post the parking permits you have ordered.
The hall allocations will begin in June 2027.
The trade fair will take place from 8 to 10 October 2027, bringing exhibitors, visitors and partners together for face-to-face discussions at the venue.
You will receive your stand confirmation, including your allocation and the latest hall plans, from July 2027.
In November 2027, all final invoices will be sent out with a payment term of 30 days.
